Event Support

Help organize and run alumni events, reunions, seminars, and workshops. Roles include event planning, logistics coordination, registration, photography, and more.

Career Guidance

Provide career counseling, resume reviews, mock interviews, and professional development workshops for current students and recent graduates.

2-4 hours per month Regular commitment

Scholarship Committee

Serve on the scholarship selection committee to review applications, interview candidates, and award scholarships to deserving MPSC students.

10-15 hours annually Annual commitment

Batch Representative

Serve as the liaison between your graduation batch and the Alumni Association, helping to maintain connections and coordinate batch-specific activities.

3-5 hours per month 1-year commitment

Content Creation

Contribute to the alumni newsletter, blog, and social media channels by writing articles, designing graphics, taking photographs, or creating videos.

Outreach & Engagement

How much time commitment is required for volunteering?

The time commitment varies based on the volunteer opportunity and your availability. Some roles require a regular commitment (e.g., a few hours per month), while others are more flexible or event-based. We work with your schedule to find the right fit for your availability.

Do I need to be in Dhaka to volunteer?

No, we have many remote volunteer opportunities for alumni living outside Dhaka or abroad. These include virtual mentoring, content creation, social media support, and serving on advisory committees. We welcome volunteers from anywhere in the world!

Is there any training provided for volunteers?

Yes, we provide orientation and training for all new volunteers. Depending on your role, you may receive specific training related to your volunteer responsibilities. We'll ensure you have all the information and resources needed to be successful in your volunteer position.

Can I volunteer for multiple roles?

Absolutely! Many of our volunteers contribute in multiple areas based on their interests and skills. When you apply, you can indicate all the areas that interest you, and we'll work together to find the right balance.

How long does the volunteer application process take?

After submitting your volunteer application, you can expect to hear back from our Volunteer Coordinator within 7-10 business days. They will schedule a brief conversation to discuss your interests and available opportunities. The entire process typically takes 2-3 weeks.
