Sponsorship Opportunities

Our sponsorship cycle runs from January to December each year, though we accept sponsors throughout the year. For maximum benefit, we recommend securing your sponsorship at least 3 months before major events. Annual sponsorship packages are typically finalized in November-December for the following year, but we maintain flexibility for new sponsors who wish to join mid-year.

Yes, individual event sponsorships are available. These range from 25,000 BDT to 150,000 BDT depending on the event's scale and visibility. Event-specific sponsors receive recognition and benefits related to that particular event. Please note that annual package sponsors receive priority for event-specific sponsorship opportunities, but we always reserve some slots for event-only sponsors.

Our alumni network consists of over 10,000 graduates spanning from 1976 to present. Approximately 65% are based in Bangladesh, with the remainder living internationally, primarily in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Singapore. Our alumni work across diverse sectors including technology (25%), finance (20%), healthcare (15%), education (12%), business (10%), engineering (8%), and others (10%). About 70% hold at least one post-graduate degree, and 60% hold middle to senior management positions in their organizations.

Sponsorship funds directly support our alumni programs and initiatives including student scholarships (40%), campus improvement projects (25%), alumni events and professional development (20%), and administrative costs (15%). All sponsors receive an annual impact report detailing how sponsorship funds were allocated and the outcomes achieved. We maintain full transparency about fund utilization and are happy to provide additional details upon request.

To protect our members' privacy, we do not provide direct access to our alumni database. However, we offer various channels for sponsors to reach our alumni, including featured posts in our newsletter (reaching 8,000+ members), social media mentions, event presence, and sponsored email blasts. Platinum sponsors receive one dedicated email communication to our opt-in database. All promotional communications comply with data protection regulations and our privacy policy.

The sponsorship process begins with an initial consultation to understand your objectives. Our team then prepares a proposal tailored to your needs. Once you select a package, we formalize the agreement with a sponsorship contract outlining all benefits, deliverables, and payment terms. Typically, 50% of the sponsorship fee is due upon signing, with the remainder due within 60 days. Throughout the sponsorship period, you'll work with a dedicated relationship manager who ensures you receive all promised benefits.
