About Our Mentorship Program
The MPSC Alumni Mentorship Program connects experienced alumni with current students and recent graduates, creating meaningful relationships that foster personal and professional growth.
As a mentor, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge, provide guidance, and make a significant impact on a mentee's journey.
How the Program Works
A structured approach to effective mentorship
Application
Mentors and mentees complete detailed applications outlining their experience, interests, and goals.
Matching
Our mentorship committee carefully matches pairs based on career fields, interests, and availability.
Orientation
Participants attend an orientation session to learn about program expectations and best practices.
Regular Meetings
Mentor-mentee pairs meet regularly (in-person or virtually) over a 6-month structured period.
Progress Tracking
Participants set milestones at the beginning and track progress through periodic check-ins.
Program Completion
The formal program concludes with a graduation session, though connections often last a lifetime.

What is the time commitment for mentors?
The time commitment varies based on the option you choose: One-on-One takes about 4-8 hours per month, Group mentorship is 3-4 hours, and Flash Mentoring is a 1-2 hour one-time session.
Can I participate if I live outside Bangladesh?
Yes! Our program connects mentors and mentees worldwide via virtual platforms (Google Meet, Zoom, Email).
How are mentor-mentee pairs matched?
Our committee carefully matches pairs based on field of expertise, career aspirations, and schedule compatibility.
